This halter is manufactured from 19mm (3/4") coated polyester webbing and features solid brass fittings.
It has all the same features as the original 25mm model, but is proportioned to suit horses with a more delicate head shape to give a finer look. They are particularly popular for yearling sales.
The features of this material are that it:-
- retains flexibility over a large temperature range
- has increased abrasion resistance
- has a sensitive feel (not like plastic)
- has increased tear and crack resistance
- is fully washable - just hose or wipe down with a damp cloth
